About this site, and Julie Hill Alger

This site was created by Victoria Alger White to provide a forum for others to enjoy the works of Julie Hill Alger.

Julie was born Juliana Alger, in 1927. She passed over Amherst, Massachusetts December 29, 1994 after a six-month challenge with metastatic breast cancer.

Our RainbowJulie's ashes were scattered in the Pacific, in Monterey Bay under a rainbow, on January 13, 1995.

Proper FarewellThe three of us gave a proper, though sad, farewell with champagne and brie.
